“Great food! Jerk chicken was sublime. Would come back when i’m in the area ”
“Microwave food, the puff puff heated on the microwave like the meat pie(dry and no flavor at all), the curry goat and rice was nice but you can taste bland because of the microwave heating. Not great food, nice concept of the food but nothing special.”
“If you're looking for a really nice experience this is a great place. The chef is very friendly and positive. I was walking down mulberry junction looking for a place to eat( I was starving ) I came across the sign the chef came out and was like come in if you're hungry, I was like you know what yeah let's try this spot ! I asked the chef for his recommendation Banger, I had the jolof rice , jerk chicken and plantains. The rice was fluffy and spicy, the chicken falling off the bone, plantains were nice and sweet thanks to the sauce. The Nigerian fanta was really interesting, I had not tried it before was cool. The atmosphere was fun, Bob Marley music was playing what more could I ask for?”
“Came here after a workout in the gym and had some really tasty food. The atmosphere was great. Music playing and felt really comfortable within the restaurant. Ordered jerk chicken with fried rice which was seasoned really well. Just what I needed! Great place!”
“First time coming and this is a new underrated gem! I’m a walking mayo pot of a man so I have no experience with this type of cuisine but they were really friendly and happy to answer any questions/recommend dishes. The food itself was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The jerk chicken had a great depth of flavor and the plantain was incredibly tender. Huge portion as well! The interiors were really comfy and had a relaxing vibe. Will definitely recommend and will be coming back again”
